We will confirm acceptance of your order via email once payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK .
Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.

Cancellations & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Some items are non-returnable:

Personalised or custom-made gifts
Sealed items (e.g., toiletries, cosmetics) once opened

To return an item, please notify us at customercare@giftforever.online and send it back in original condition within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
