Refund & Returns Policy
Your rights under UK consumer law and how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations
Your Right to Cancel
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email to customercare@giftforever.online) within the 14-day period.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded (unless faulty):
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Sealed items (cosmetics, toiletries) once opened
Returning Items
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund lost returns.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@giftforever.online with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • In this case, we will also cover the cost of return postage.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange an exchange.
