How we deliver your gifts quickly and safely
Delivery Locations
We deliver across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners (including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, etc.).
Delivery Times
- Standard UK delivery: 7 – 10 business days.
- Express / Next Day delivery (where available) is offered at checkout for an additional fee.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak seasonal demand.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £149.99.
- Additional charges may apply for international or remote locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands).
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
- Tracking may not be available for all standard services (e.g., Royal Mail 2nd Class).
Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a calling card, attempt redelivery, or deliver to a local collection point.
- If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or non-collection, we may charge for re-delivery.
Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@giftforever.online with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Delivery During Peak Periods
- During busy seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), deliveries may take longer.
- We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
